BID FOR SALE OF VEHICLE

The vehicle may be viewed at Bunju (Mo Simba Arena located in Dar es Salaam region, Tanzania) during weekdays from 9.00 to 16.30 hours and Saturday from 9.00 to 12.30 by contacting the office of the Secretary of Tender Board, mobile phone No. +255 682 953 845.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. All bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Secretary of Tender Board and clearly marked “Sale of Vehicle” should be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Simba Sports Club office not later than Thursday 15^th  April, 2021 at 16.00 hours (local time).
2. Offers received after the specified closing date and time will not be considered.
3. The successful bidder shall be required to effect full payment of the bid before taking position of the vehicle.
4. The Simba Sports Club reserve the rights to accept or reject any offer and to cancel the above exercise at any time prior to award without thereby incurring any liability to affected bidder(s).
5. All quotes should be quoted in Tanzanian Shillings.
6. The sold vehicle will only allowed to leave the Simba Sports Club yard after the transfer of ownership process is completed.
7. The Buyer must provide his/her details including TIN and NIDA ID.
8. It is understood by the Buyer that the vehicle is sold as seen, tried and approved without any guarantee, either explicit or implied, after sale. “The vehicle is sold as seen condition”
