The Site Administrator provides essential support to the Construction Manager by overseeing office and financial administration on-site.
They handle various responsibilities including managing petty cash, coordinating housing and transportation, managing timesheets, and supervising site clerical staff. Qualifications essential
• Secretarial Diploma
• MS Word and MS PowerPoint at a minimum of intermediate Experience of 3+ years
• Demonstrable experience working in a similar role at a comparable level in a company
• Secretarial experience
• Worked within and EPCM/Mining environment
• Experience in the full project cycle is a must (tendering, pre- and post-proposal development) Knowledge areas essential in the following
• An understanding of the requirements and implications of the project
• MS Office advanced proficiency – Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Effective diary management and travel planning, including international travel
• A good understanding of basic accounting practices (reconciling expenses etc)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minute Taking
