JOB TITTLE: Marketing Officer
REPORT TO: Managing Director
LOCATION: Moshi, Kilimanjaro
Key duties:
1. Work closely with Sales Team
2. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, competition venture and other information that affects marketing strategies
3. Identify areas of improvement in sales tactics and marketing strategies
4. Approves all marketing plans before they are implemented
5. Monitor marketing and sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
6. Adheres to and implement all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or Advance Diploma in Marketing or related field
2. 2 -3 years’ experience in a similar role
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office
4. Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
5. Highest level of Integrity
6. Exceptional organizational skills
