MARKETING STRATEGY: Make marketing programyearly/quarterly/monthly plan, marketing budget, marketing fee standard.
COST CONTROL: Control marketing program cost and maintain the supply resources.
MARKETING PROGRAM IMPLEMENTED: contact HQ for Organizing marketing monthly/quarterly goals for each program, and implementing marketing standards to the whole country in a different region (new product launch promotion,showroom construction, fundi program, advertisement, training, social media operations, etc.
TEAM MANAGEMENT: Responsible for department structure and job responsibilities improving, coordinating work arrangements within the department, and guidance and work assessments for members’ KPI.
TRAINING: Responsible training new marketing staff and maintaining marketing standards to be aware for all marketing members.
PROBLEM SOLUTION: Ensuring all marketing standard implementing and getting to know the solution for any problem and report regularly.
Be abilities for edition writing for marketing program plan.
Be good communication skills withing the marketing team, and cooperation with sales team, HQ department, even good coordinating with other line.
9.Good awareness about audit risks for all marketing works.
Daily, weekly and monthly reporting.

Work Experience ABOVE 5 YEARS MARKETING RELATIVE EXPERIENCE
