NMB Bank Plc. (the “Bank”) is the largest commercial Bank in Tanzania in terms of branch network, customer base and profitability. NMB is committed to sustaining and enhancing the branch network in order to provide access to financial services to citizens in all areas of Tanzania, with special focus on rural areas.
The Bank has set funds for the year 2024, towards the cost of operations and maintenance of its facility for NMB HQ and its Branch network. It is intended that part of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract (s) for provision of various services to the Bank.
The NMB Bank Plc. Management Tender Committee now invites all eligible, qualified, and competent vendors to submit their applications for prequalification of vendors for provision of various services for the Bank as detailed in the application document attached here in this link

The Selection of eligible and qualified vendors in respective services will be conducted through Open Competitive Tendering Procedures as specified in the NMB Bank Plc. Procurement Policy and Procedures.
The selection Criteria are included in the attached application document as per the above link.
Please note that in assessing the submissions, consideration will be given to the qualifications, experience
on similar assignments and capacity to undertake the applied assignment. Only eligible and qualified Companies with demonstrated experience and excellent track records in similar assignments will be considered. Existing Suppliers and service providers are also required to apply.
Deadline for submission of the documents is Thursday 20th July 2023. All applications MUST be submitted online through the following email address [email protected].
The documents must be properly filled out and clearly marked “Prequalification for Provision of (Put the name of the selected service) – Not to be opened before Thursday 20th July 2023″.
Late applications shall not be considered for evaluation irrespective of circumstances.
