Daqing Oilfield Construction Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter as DOCG), as a CONTRACTOR for Storage Facilities and Terminal Construction of EACOP Project, invites experienced and reputable contractors that have demonstrable capability, willingness, ability and availability to perform following works to express their interest.
The EACOP Project development involves the engineering, construction, operation and maintenance of a crude oil export pipeline crossing Uganda and Tanzania and an onshore Marine Terminal in Chongoleani, near Tanga Port in Tanzania.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF THE SERVICES:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR EOI SUBMISSION:
a. Company profile, registration certificate, business license and any other company qualifications
b. Registration Certificates with the Tanzania Tax Revenue Authority
c. Proof of Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
d. Proof of experience in providing similar services in the last 3 year
e. Valid TANESCO pre-qualification letter for such works (Required for Package 001 only)
f. Proof of sector registration (for Package 001 means CRB, ERB) and other Relevant qualifications
g. Adequate financial capacity to undertake the eventual contract
h. Full-service Law firm with experience in working with international clients(Required for Package 002 only)
Participant must comply with the Petroleum (Local Content) Regulations, 2017 and Local Company definition for Tanzania.
Proof of registration/application to Local Supplier Service Provider (LSSP) database at the time of submission of the response to this Expression of Interest is strongly recommended.
Interested companies with the capacity to provide the services listed above should express their interest in English language by sending the above documents to [email protected] (not exceeding 20 MBs) on or before 17:00 hours East African Time (EAT), on 09/Jul/2023. Subject of the email should be MST-TZ¬20230623-XXX EOI — [COMPANY NAME].
Companies satisfactorily meeting the above minimum requirements will receive, subject to the signature of a Non -Disclosure Agreement (NDA), a detailed pre-qualification questionnaire for further evaluation by Company.
DOCG reserves the right not to consider companies that submit an incomplete dossier.
