COMING INTO FORCE OF FEES AND CHARGES REGULATIONS, 2021
- TMDA would like to inform its esteemed customers and stakeholders that the new Regulations for Fees and Charges, 2021, has been approved for implementation through the Government Gazette GN. No. 686 of 24th September, 2021.
- With this announcement, all services will be provided upon payment of relevant fees as prescribed in the Fees and Charges Regulations, 2021 effective from 01st April, 2022 and not otherwise.
- All payments for services as outlined in the mentioned regulations will continue to be made into the Authority’s Bank accounts through the Government electronic payment system (GePG) after obtaining a pro-forma invoice from TMDA indicating a payment Control Number.
- All customers and stakeholders are requested to abide to the said Fees and Charges Regulations, 2021 which can be accessed through TMDA website known as www.tmda.go.tz and/or its offices located in Dar es salaam, Mwanza, Arusha, Mbeya, Dodoma, Mtwara, Tabora and Geita.
