Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) tenders to develop a Multipurpose Commercial Complex and associated facilities at Karume Memorial Stadium under PPP Arrangements. It is expected that; this project will give our esteemed customers and business operators a high quality of services and goods to meet their demands while generating income to TFF. In order to assess the possibility of the Investment, TFF Intends to hire a Consultant for Carrying out Feasibility Study for Development of a Multipurpose Business Centre and its associated facilities at Karume Memorial Stadium, in the City of Dar es Salaam.
