Akiba Commercial Bank Plc is looking for various vendor’s / service providers to supply goods and services during the year 2022/3. The Bank intends to engage the underwriters under the signed contracts’ terms and conditions, for supply of goods and provision of services.
Akiba Commercial Bank Plc (ACB) invites scaled tenders from eligible suppliers for the supply of goods and provision of services for 2022/3 financial year as mentioned below:
Bidders shall price their bids as per specifications provided in the bidding document Bidders may quote separately bat a single lot or a combination of lots but in each case the bidder must quote foe all items and quantities specified in each lot. Partial bids will not he accepted.
Interested bidders may obtain further information and bidding documents from the office of the Secretary, Tender Committee, Akiba Commercial Bank Pie, at 3″ floor at Amani Place Building, Ohio Street between 9:00 am and 4:00pm from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
A complete set of the bidding documents shall be purchased by interested bidden on submission Ma written application letter to the address given below and upon payment of anon-refundable foe of TZS 100,0001= (Tanzania Shillings One Hundred Thousand only) for each Lot for the tender documents. Payment should be made at Akiba Commercial Bank Plc, Main Branch, Amani Place Building, Ohio Street, Dar es Salaam, HEAD OFFICE CONTROL A/C No VAS 1485800010100.
Original bids plus a copy, properly filled in and enclosed in a plain wax sealed envelope should be addressed to the Secretary, Tender Committee, Aklba Commercial Barak Plc, P. O. Box 669, Dar Ks Salaam. All tenders may either be delivered by hand to the Tender Committee Secretary, 3rd Floor, Amani Place Building, Ohio Street or by registered post so as to reach the ACB Tender Box before the submission deadline of the tenders.
Telegraphic, telex, telefax or other electronic media and late submission, will not be accepted
Akiha Commercial Bank Plc is neither bound to accept the lowest financial bid nor is the Bank obliged to accept any tender. The Bank is not obliged to disclose reasons for consideration or non-consideration of any tender. The judgment of the Akiba Commercial Bank Tender Committee shall be binding and final and no correspondence shall be entered into with any bidder.
The deadline for submission of bids is Friday 25th March2022 at 16.00 am. Tenders will be opened soon thereafter in the ACB Boardroom located on the Third Floor at Amani Place Building, Ohio Street Dares Salaam in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who may wish to attend.
