EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY OF GOODS AND PROVISION OF SERVICES
1. INTRODUCTION
Shanta Mining Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as SMCL) is a SHANTA GOLD subsidiary company having its gold mining operations at New Luika Gold Mine located in Southwest Tanzania at Songwe District in Songwe Region and Singida Gold Project located in Ikungi District at Singida Region. The purpose of the EOI/ RFI is to explore the market for competent suppliers with the requisite knowledge, technical skills, and financial capacity to Supply, Deliver of various Goods and Provision of Services at Singida Gold Mine Project.
The present call for EOI/RFI aims to prequalify or shortlist capable suppliers and does not constitute an invitation to tender. Only suppliers deemed qualified by SMCL will be invited to respond to the Tender for the Supply, Delivery of Goods and Provision of Services.
2. CATEGORIES OF GOODS AND PROVISION OF SERVICES
SMCL wishes to invite all eligible (Suppliers) to express their interest in the Supply, Delivery of Goods and Provision of Services as detailed in the below list: –
3. GENERAL INFORMATION
SMCL advises interested suppliers to send a blank email to [email protected] to receive an auto-response email with a link containing a prequalification document.
The applicants are advised to click the link, download, and fill the requested information as required in the prequalification document.
4. SUBMISSION
Interested suppliers must submit their expression Letters of Interest (“LOI”) indicating the categories of equipment’s they are interested in supplying.
All LOI’s, support documentation, and prequalification documents must be received by the SMCL Office via the submission link provided in an auto- response email as indicated in Section 3 above, not later than 08:30 AM, Tuesday 31st August 2021 (the “LOI” Submission Deadline”).
