FOR THE SALE OF TELEVISION AND RADIO BROADCASTING RIGHTS OF COMMUNITY SHIELD MATCH BETWEEN SIMBA SPORTS CLUB AGAINST YOUNG AFRICANS
1. The Tanzania Football Federation (TFF), established in 1945 is the football administrative and controlling body throughout the territory for Tanzania Mainland; and protects the interest of its members.
2. TFF, the brand and owns Community broadcasting rights, is inviting prospective
Broadcasters to tender for broadcasting rights for Tanzania Community Shield Match between Simba Sports Club (SSC) against Young Africans Sports Club scheduled to be played on 25th September, 2021.
3. Request for Proposal should consider one Lot or both in the following platforms;
| LOT 1 | Television (DTT & DTH), Streaming – Internet/Digital Mobile and Cable |
| LOT 2 | Radio: Traditional and Satellite Radio |
4. The purpose of this tender notice is to identify potential companies with the requisite technical and financial capacity to purchase either TV Community Shield Match Broadcasting Rights or Radio Community Shield Match Broadcasting Rights, or both as specified in the bidding documents (Request for Proposals- RFP).
5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary of Tender Board, Tanzania Football Federation, Karume Memorial Stadium, Uhuru/Shaurimoyo Road, P.O. Box 1574, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania between 0800hrs and 1500hrs on Mondays to Fridays except on public holidays
6. A complete set of Tendering Document may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application under paragraph 6 below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS 200,000/= (Tanzania Shillings Two Hundred Thousand Only). Payment bank receipt should be attached;

7. All tenders in one original plus two copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the Tender Board, Tanzania Football Federation, Karume Memorial Stadium, Uhuru/Shaurimoyo Road, P.O. Box 1574, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania before or on Monday 31st August 2021 at 10 :00 a.m. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Federation Board Room.
8. The closing date and time for submission of all bids ls set at 31st August 2021, 10:00 a.m. Late tenders, portion of tenders, electronic tenders, tenders not received, tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
