NOTICE OF SALE BY PUBLIC AUCTION IN RESPECT OF VEHICLE APPREHENDED AT VIGWAZA WEIGHBRIDGE FOR FAILUIRE TO PAY OVERLOADING FEES AND PARKING FEES FOR 86 DAYS.
Pursuant to Section 17(8) of the East African Community Vehicle Load Control Act. 2016 Published in the East African Community Gazette No.4 of 18″ April, 2016 and The East African Community ‘vehicle Load Control (Enforcement Measures) Regulations.2017.
Notice is hereby given to you the under mentioned and registered owner that. your vehicle shall be sold by auction by the Tanzania National Roads Agency (TANROADS).
After expiry of 60 days of this notice for having failed to pay overloading fees and parking fees imposed against you. within the prescribed statutory period of 60 days from the date the same was imposed.
