Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Experience Executive located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Customer Experience Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional support, addressing queries, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing customer feedback and offering solutions to enhance customer service
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience
- Training customers on the use of our accounting software and ERP systems to ensure they can effectively use the tools
- Providing technical assistance and guidance to customers on the software’s features and functionalities
Qualifications
- Skills in customer satisfaction and customer service
- Proficiency in customer support and effective communication
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the software industry is a plus
