FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM DESIGN, INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING AND ACCEPTANCE TESTING
North Mara Gold Mine, a fully owned subsidiary of Twiga Minerals Corporation, which is ultimately owned by Barrick Gold Corporation and the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania requests the submission of Tenders from reputable, experienced, certified and qualified parties to provide the following services.
Detailed Engineering Design, Supply, Commissioning, Installation Supervision and Acceptance Testing of Fire Detection and Suppression System as Per Recognized Fire Codes and Standards
Pre-qualification Criteria
(1) Fire protection engineer should be a licensed professional engineer who has a degree in fire protection engineering or has passed the principles and practices examination in fire Protection engineering.
(2) Two years of experience in application and interpretation of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Codes and Standards
(3) Two years of experience in the design review of fire detection and suppression system. including shop drawings and hydraulic calculations
(4) Two years of experience in acceptance tests of fire protection systems
